Sustaining Practices with the University Chaplaincy

The University Chaplaincy team offers short videos and reflections to the Tufts community, featuring a range of ideas for grounding and centering. The videos will include practices and invitations to reflect. Our team aims for the offerings to be of value to people from a range of religious and philosophical backgrounds. Each video will be posted to our Facebook page and collected here on our website where you can revisit them any time.
