Space Reservation Request Form for Students and Campus Partners

Thank you for considering University Chaplaincy spaces. Please submit the form below if you are a Tufts student, staff, faculty or administrator hosting an event for Tufts community members. You will be contacted by our team 2-3 business days after submitting the form. If you have any questions please feel free to email the University Chaplaincy or call 617-627-3427.
