Integrating the Legacy of MLK into Youth Work at Tufts
How are you weaving in the legacy of Dr. King into your programming with youth?
This year, as a part of Tufts MLK programing, we invite you to consider the ways that you discuss and integrate the legacy of Dr. King into your current commitments and programming, especially those who work with children and youth. Our goal is to elevate Dr. King’s legacy beyond a day or two of programming, both on campus and with the children/youth that you serve. It can be as simple as reading a book about Dr. King, having a short conversation, or other related activity.
See below for resources you can use to integrate the legacy of Dr. MLK into your work with youth.
If this is something you are planning on doing in some way, we’d love to hear about it. Please share a story, quotes from the kids you work with, or photos here.
