The University Chaplaincy offers support to all members of the Tufts community through spirituality, learning opportunities, and pastoral care and by serving as a resource to facilitate community-building and activism. To access these resources, Tufts community members can reach out to any of the chaplains and residents here: https://chaplaincy.tufts.edu/contact.

Some forms of support the Tufts community can find through the University Chaplaincy include:

Regular prayer, meditation, worship, and discussion gatherings that can nurture your inner life and provide a wider context and community for addressing your concerns

Learning opportunities to engage with important issues of the day and find others with whom to network

Sacred spaces that can offer the opportunity for quiet devotions or contemplation, including Tufts’ Goddard Chapel that is available weekdays for prayer, meditation, reflection, and rest

Pastoral care–a form of confidential care and counseling offered by spiritual leaders that can take into account your religious, spiritual, or philosophical perspective

Service and charitable opportunities through Tufts’ religious and philosophical communities

Opportunities to connect with spiritually-based community organizations, initiatives, and activism

Social gatherings for caring fellowship and occasional arts opportunities

Invitations to think about vocation, and how you can bring together your life and concerns, your current studies, your civic life, and your future studies and work
