Protestant Students Association Mindfulness
For Lent, You are welcome to be mindful as follows:
Week 1 – Use Goddard Chapel as a cue to pray for 5-10 minutes
Week 2 – Thank a food or facilities service provider for all s/he does
Week 3 – Reduce the amount of packaging waste that you produce
Week 4 – Every time you sip a beverage, pray for those without clean water
Week 5 – Forgive someone whether or not forgiveness is requested
Week 6 – As you take a walk, ponder Jesus’ journey to the Cross
