In the wake of the terrible and tragic events that occurred this weekend in Charlottesville, VA, we are writing to reiterate President Monaco’s message of deep concern to members of the Tufts community. We share his concern for the open expression of hate demonstrated by white supremacists towards so many already marginalized communities, and we condemn the impunity and disregard for human dignity in their actions.
