Protestant Life at Tufts is a radically welcoming, ecumenical, and inclusive Christian community that celebrates the beautiful diversity of the Body of Christ. Working alongside the Protestant Students Association (PSA) and other on-campus groups, we explore a faith that actively stands for equality, peace, environmental care, and intellectual curiosity. We don't expect you to leave your questions or your true self at the door. No matter your background, denomination, or where you stand on your spiritual path, you’ll find a warm, supportive community eager to love God and love neighbor right along with you.

About the Community

Rooted in an open, ecumenical spirit, our chaplaincy provides space for spiritual formation, passionate justice work, and honest fellowship. Our calendar stays full with student-led worship, Bible and topical studies, local service projects, and refreshing weekend retreats. We support a wide network of affiliate ministries—including specialized graduate fellowships and diverse cultural groups—ensuring everyone finds their niche. Through pastoral care, interfaith dialogue, and active community-building across all Tufts campuses, we help you connect your faith with purpose and action.
