Protestant Life at Tufts supports welcoming, thoughtful, and inclusive Christian communities on our campuses that celebrate the beautiful diversity of the Body of Christ. Rooted in an open and ecumenical spirit, our student organizations, programs, and events provide opportunities to gather for worship, study, fellowship, and service. We don't expect you to leave your questions or your true self at the door. No matter your background, denomination, or where you find yourself on your spiritual journey, you’ll find a warm and supportive community eager to love God and our neighbors, sharing the “Peace and Light” of Christ.

About the Communities

At Tufts, you will find a variety of Protestant Christian student communities for undergraduates and graduate students. (Please visit the pages listed here to find out about our recognized Christian student organizations). On campus, gatherings include weekly worship services, Bible studies, special events like Christmas and Easter dinner celebrations, and much more.

For faculty and staff, we offer a weekly Scripture reflection and prayer group via Zoom called “The Breakfast Club.” Please contact Chaplain Dan Bell to learn more.
