Fall 2016 Events & Opportunities

Protestant Evening Worship: Every Sunday at 7pm in the Chapel we gather for ecumenical worship and fellowship. Once a month we celebrate Holy Communion with leaders of different denominations, including Episcopal, Methodist, Baptist, Presbyterian, and United Church of Christ.  There’s always room in the P.E.W. for you!

Book Club: Come Mondays at 12:15 to read and discuss Christianity After Religion by Diana Butler Bass. We’re reflecting on the future of religion and Christianity, the rise of the “spiritual but not religious,” and many other fascinating topics. Noonday Prayer & Bible Study: Join Chaplain Dan every Wednesday at 12pm in the private dining room in DeWick! If you have a limited or no meal plan, lunch is on us! We begin with Noonday Prayer and then reflect on scripture for next Sunday’s service. Feed your body, mind, and spirit!

Compline & Spiritual Formation: Join us Thursdays at 9pm in the Chapel for a time of rest and  reflection as we begin with an evening Compline service and then  contemplate scripture, forms of prayer, and spiritual practices. There will be art supplies for meditation or feel free to bring a journal for  reflection. Contact Kathryn.Tweel@tufts.edu with any questions.
