Monthly Community Dinner\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first Sunday of each month, we gather after Mass to break bread together. These meals of feature conversations between first years and graduate students. They are such special times for our community.<\/p>\n

Weekly Lectio Divina\u00a0<\/strong>(student-led)<\/p>\n

Lectio Divina (Latin for Divine Reading) is the ancient practice custom of mediating on sacred scripture. Together, we read, contemplate and pray about a small section of scripture to learn how to listen to the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n

Weekly Rosary\u00a0<\/strong>(student-led)<\/p>\n

Some students bring their rosary traditions to campus and others are learning this beloved practice when the arrive. All are welcome. Always.<\/p>\n

Retreats (Fall and Spring)\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Each year, the Catholic Chaplaincy works with the Catholic Community at Tufts to host two retreats. The fall retreat is a day retreat featuring a pilgrimage into a Boston sanctuary and the spring retreat is a two night stay at Rolling Ridge Retreat Center just north of the city. Both opportunities are a great way to step back and get connected- with oneself, one another and with God.<\/p>\n
