Nepal Earthquake Vigil

Nepal Earthquake Vigil

Thursday, April 30, 5 pm, Library Roof (Rain site: Goddard Chapel)

All are invited to a vigil to respond to the recent devastating earthquake in Nepal. Faculty, staff, and students will speak, including those from Nepal and those who have studied in Nepal or have other connections there. The vigil will include music, interfaith prayers and reflections, and the opportunity to make charitable contributions to partner organizations of Tufts GlobeMed and the Tufts South Asian Political Action Committee. For more information or to get involved, please like the Facebook page or contact Mallory.Feldman@tufts.edu or Emily.Melick@tufs.edu.

The New York Times recommended a number of organizations for those wishing to make charitable contributions here. Sponsored by the Tufts University Chaplaincy, the International Center, the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Citizenship and Public Service, and the International Relations Program.
